LifeNexus Partners With TxVia to Process Payments on the Personal Health Card

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and NEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeNexus, Inc., the developer of the iChip™ and Personal Health Card®, and TxVia, Inc., a pioneer in processing technology for prepaid cards and emerging payments, today announced the selection of TxVia as LifeNexus's processor. The LifeNexus Personal Health Card is the first multi- purpose electronic health card utilizing the embedded iChip for securely maintaining an individual's personal health record and incorporates a payment card option.

TxVia will provide processing and supporting services for the LifeNexus MasterCard prepaid component of the Personal Health Card.
