SEATTLE, Aug. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Three Minute Games and Big Fish have announced the next chapter in the beloved Green Series. The highly anticipated Lifeline: Crisis Line, an interactive fiction murder mystery game with a sci-fi element, will be released worldwide onto iOS and Android devices on September 1st. In Crisis Line, story and original score by New York Times best-selling author Matthew Sturges, players will be introduced to homicide detective Alex Esposito. Players will be an active participant in Alex's investigation, following clues, questioning suspects, to answer the question – Who killed Jason Leder? Danger lurks around every corner as they try to catch a killer that may not even be of this world. Decisions have real-time consequences as players work to solve a complex mystery while keeping Alex safe and alive.
"The 3 Minute Games team is excited for players to meet a brand-new character - Alex Esposito. The first Lifeline was just the start of bigger story. Crisis Line answers some of the mysteries of the first three Lifeline games and continues expanding on the Green Series to reveal more of this amazing universe – coming soon!" – Marisa Bell, Lead Producer of Lifeline: Crisis Line
Lifeline, the first entry in the Green Series, was released in 2014 and quickly skyrocketed to the #1 spot on Apple Watch and iOS. A release for Android followed to critical and fan acclaim. Lifeline: Bloodline and Lifeline: Silent Night were released as follow ups to the Green Series in 2015 and a second series, Lifeline: Whiteout, was released in 2016. All have all received overwhelming support from players and reviewers with each game at 4 stars or higher. All are currently available on Android and iOS now.
