LifeLearn, Inc. Launches Spanish Module for ClientEd Online
Client education handouts in Spanish give veterinarians another tool to raise compliance.
GUELPH, Ontario, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- To assist veterinarians with the growing number of Spanish speaking pet owners, LifeLearn, Inc. has launched a Spanish language module for its ClientEd Online™ product line. This module will initially add 149 Spanish client education articles to ClientEd Online's catalog of 1,200 handouts. New Spanish articles will be added monthly.
ClientEd Online is a web-based library of articles designed to help veterinary practices educate their clients, improving compliance and patient care. The service allows veterinary practices to search articles by keyword, customize handouts with clinic and client/patient information, and print or email articles to clients. The entire ClientEd Online library may also be integrated with the veterinary practice's web site, creating a trusted online resource for clients.
Stewart Wright, product manager at LifeLearn, said, "As the number of Spanish-speaking pet owners grows, veterinary practices serving these clients will find these articles extremely helpful, covering topics such as neutering, training basics and aggression. Our veterinary customers are constantly striving to improve patient care and client service. Now, they can more effectively educate their Spanish-speaking clients, enabling better compliance, better business, and better patient care."
Like the English articles, Spanish ClientEd Online handouts have been professionally written and updated by the most trusted veterinary educators in the industry. Each article is written in an engaging question-and-answer format, highlighting key points in a reader-friendly style. Articles also contain color images to enhance and reinforce understanding.
The Spanish module works with ClientEd Online's Small Animal Series and is available as of April 1. For more information, visit www.LifeLearn-ClientEd.com.
