Troyanek has over 10 years of experience in oil and emulsions, logistics, estimating, training and marketing in Arizona. Most recently, he served as regional sales manager at Pavement Restoration, Inc., where he worked to build partnerships with key industry professionals, performed extensive field work, managed safety operations and developed strategies for capturing new business. Prior to this, he worked at Ergon Asphalt, Inc. as both an area sales manager and central dispatcher. He holds a master's degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is based out of Phoenix.
