Liberty Property Trust Announces Sale of Four Office Properties in Northern Virginia

MALVERN, Pa., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), today announced that Liberty Washington, LP, has sold Pender Business Park in Fairfax, VA, for $31.5 million. The park consists of 3922, 3924, 3926 and 3928 Pender Drive, totaling 171,000 square feet.
