Liberty Interactive Corporation Spins Off Parent of BuySeasons, Inc.

NEW BERLIN, Wis., Aug. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Interactive Corporation announced today it has completed the spin-off of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., which owns BuySeasons, Inc. as well as a controlling stake in TripAdvisor, Inc.

BuySeasons, through its BuyCostumes.com, BirthdayExpress.com, and CelebrateExpress.com websites, is a leading online retailer of party supplies and costumes with customized products and unique designs. The spin-off does not affect BuySeasons' business operations.
