DALLAS, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Liberty Institute issued the following statement in response to the Obama administration's final rules, just released, regarding the implementation of the HHS Mandate for religious organizations.  Announced late last week, the final HHS Mandate rules force most religious organizations to violate their religious beliefs and adopt the beliefs of the Obama administration about the funding of abortifacient drugs and contraceptives—simply because these organizations do not meet the government's narrow definition of "religious employer."
