LEWIS to Host Media Panel Events in Boston and D.C.

BOSTON, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In an ongoing effort to provide educational content to the communications community, LEWIS will host two media panel events within the next week in Boston and Washington, D.C.
The panel discussions, titled "Defining Journalism in a Post-Truth Era," will focus on the rise of fake news and what it means for the news industry. Both events are free and open to the public with pre-registration.
The Boston event will be held this Thursday, May 18 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at District Hall (79 Northern Avenue). The panel includes reporters and editors representing US News & World Report, The Boston Globe, and WGBH, as well as academics from Northeastern University and the Nieman Journalism Lab. The Washington, D.C. event will be held on Monday, May 22 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Impact Hub DC (419 7th Street NW, Suite 300).
