Leviton Launches New, User-Friendly Industrial Wiring Device Selector Mobile Application

MELVILLE, N.Y., May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leviton today unveiled the newest addition to their offering of mobile applications (apps), the Industrial Wiring Device Selector. This new, highly intuitive app allows contractors, facility managers, specifiers and more to quickly identify, evaluate and select appropriate Leviton® Hospital and Industrial Grade Wiring Devices for specific needs.

Based off the popular Leviton Hospital and Industrial Grade Slide Guide tool, this selector app guides users to a specific recommended Leviton product, from IEC® 60309 Pin & Sleeve Devices to Hospital Grade Isolated Ground Duplex Receptacles, to meet their unique needs.

Designed for both smartphones and tablets, users are able to search through five different categories within the application, including NEMA® Locking, NON-NEMA Locking, Locking Power Interrupting, NEMA Straight Blade and IEC 60309 Pin and Sleeve. Additional features include:

• Option to create and share product lists
