Committed to maintaining distribution leadership across the globe, Transitions Optical relied heavily on their logistics provider for reliable product distribution.  With an expanding and evolving business model, Transitions Optical needed a supplier to meet their changing supply chain needs.  Transitions Optical faced a very critical dilemma—bring their inventory in house, or call on another logistics provider and avoid risking delay or even interruption of product delivery to their customers.
