Lerner Announces EY To Relocate Greater Washington Office To 1775 Tysons Boulevard At Tysons II
TYSONS, Va., July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.'s largest private real estate developers, is proud to announce that Ernst & Young U.S. LLP (EY) has signed a lease to be the first major tenant at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, Virginia. EY will relocate its Greater Washington office to a 125,000 square foot premises that will accommodate its current requirements and plans for future growth.
1775 Tysons Boulevard (1775Tysons.com), a 476,000 square foot 17-story trophy office tower, is currently under construction. Lerner's newest building is designed with the certification goal of LEED® Platinum – the first office building in Tysons planned to do so – and is slated for completion in late 2015. Lerner was represented by Brian F. Tucker, Moe H. Hamilton, and John B. Dragelin of Cushman & Wakefield's Virginia office.
