Lennar Breaks Ground On Levity At Tustin Legacy

New planned community will bring 218 new homes to the heart of Orange County

TUSTIN, Calif., July 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), the nation's leading homebuilder, today broke ground on Levity, a new community located in Tustin Legacy, the large-scale master-planned community that has transformed former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin into a dynamic residential destination in the heart of Orange County, California. When complete, Levity will add three unique home collections, encompassing 218 new homes, to Tustin Legacy: the Fleet townhomes, Velocity stacked flats and Icon single-family detached homes.

Lennar, the nation's leading homebuilder, and the City of Tustin, today broke ground on Levity, a new community located in Tustin Legacy, the large-scale master-planned community that has transformed former Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Tustin into a dynamic residential destination.

Levity will add 218 new homes spanning three unique home collections including motorcourt flats, three-story townhomes and three-story detached single-family homes. All Levity residents will enjoy access to The Connection, a .6 acre community recreation facility featuring a swimming pool, spa, barbeques, showers and restrooms. Sales are anticipated to begin in June 2019.

Icon will be located along Moffett Drive, Park Avenue and Victory Road, and features 57 three-story detached, single-family homes ranging from approximately 1,961 to 2,748 square feet, with three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths.
