Lend Lease Announces the Appointment of Michael Concannon to Head of Environmental Health and Safety for the Americas Region

NEW YORK, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Global integrated property and infrastructure provider Lend Lease is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Concannon to Head of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) for the Americas region.  Mr. Concannon will be responsible for leading all functions and operations of EH&S for the Americas region of Lend Lease, which is comprised of operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. 

As Head of EH&S for the Americas, he will be responsible for overseeing the Americas region Health & Safety audits and assessments, fostering collaboration with prime contractors to raise safety awareness on Lend Lease job sites across the region, and will manage a team of safety professionals responsible for fulfilling Lend Lease's Heatlh & Safety guidelines.

In his previous role as Operations Director, Michael was responsible for the day to day operations of Lend Lease's Los Angeles office. He also played a significant role working as Operations Manager for the Banking and Retail sector of the Lend Lease Multi-Site group, where he was in charge of the facility upgrades for over 550 United States Postal Service locations across the country; he will continue to operate from Lend Lease's Los Angeles office.
