HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leland Little Auctions, located on 4.5 acres in Hillsborough, announces the third expansion of their custom-designed auction gallery.

The expansion will encompass an additional 5,500 square feet which will provide an inventory processing center, photography studios, triple the amount of temperature controlled wine storage, enhanced and enlarged gallery space, and additional offices.

Upon completion in December of 2016, the total square footage for the gallery will exceed 21,000 square feet. The expansion will also incorporate site improvements such as increased parking, streamlined accessibility, and new signage.
