RESTON, Va., Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy and utility experts from Leidos [NYSE: LDOS] will speak and present in-booth demonstrations at the DistribuTECH Conference and Exhibition, to be held Jan. 28-30 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Formerly named SAIC - and including strategic acquisitions of The Benham Companies, R. W. Beck, and Patrick Energy Services - Leidos has been a conference sponsor for five years. This year, Leidos will showcase the "Power of Purple" with its new name and perspective.

Leidos energy experts will be presenting alongside utilities on topics including grid modernization and smart grid program design.
