Leica Microsystems Introduces Direct Sales / Service for Industrial and Forensics Customers in the Southeast
BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., May 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leica Microsystems, a technology leader with a 160-year history of providing best-in-class precision microscopy and digital micro-imaging solutions, announces a strategic transition in its market representation in the Southeastern United States.
Leica Microsystems distributor Vashaw Scientific, Inc., will no longer be representing the company as a regional dealer in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Leica Microsystems will have a direct sales and service operation, and continue a strong presence and responsiveness to this important region of the U.S., offering high-level, professional expertise, and quality products and services to their valued customers.
"We look forward to working more closely with our customers to provide customized, advanced imaging systems for their manufacturing quality control, materials science, microtechnology, and forensic analysis instrumentation requirements," said Anthony Wieczorek, General Manager of Microscopy.
