ARLINGTON, Va., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Whether talking to the media about cases, implementing aggressive and deceptive discovery tactics, or "ghostwriting" pleadings for supposedly pro se litigants, litigators are walking an increasingly fine ethical line, according to Thomas E. Spahn, one of the nation's leading authorities on legal ethics, who will present at "Litigation Ethics with Tom Spahn," a live interactive program taking place June 13 in Arlington, Va.
