According to Mint Press News, the incident occurred in November of 2013. The girl involved was 17 years old at the time, and the plainclothes NYPD officer flirted with her, but when she refused his advances, a van pulled up with four other officers. When they got out, the plainclothes NYPD officer ordered them to cuff her. The girl involved was searched and arrested.
