Leeds Equity Partners Completes Sale of Campus Management and Edcentric to Veritas Capital
Knowledge Industries focused private equity firm closes sale of leading providers of higher education software
NEW YORK, March 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Leeds Equity Partners ("Leeds Equity"), the New York-based private equity firm focused exclusively on investing in the Knowledge Industries, announced today the completion of the sale of Campus Management Corp. ("Campus Management") and Edcentric Inc. ("Edcentric") to Veritas Capital ("Veritas"). Leeds Equity will also be making a new investment in the companies alongside Veritas. Jeffrey Leeds and Jacques Galante will serve on the board of directors.
