As Senior Vice President, Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Development for North America, Leung is responsible for overseeing all of LeEco's North American mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic and venture investments, as well as managing all capital markets and fundraising activities.

Leung brings broad and extensive corporate finance and deal leadership experience to LeEco. His diverse experience – which includes not only corporate finance, principal investing and investment banking, but also strategy consulting – has uniquely prepared him to lead LeEco's corporate finance and development efforts in North America. Leung will be responsible for sourcing and executing potential strategic growth opportunities as well as shoring up capital sources for LeEco's North American operations.
At Morgan Stanley, Leung worked across a number of strategic corporate finance areas, including technology and financial institutions investment banking advisory, corporate M&A and principal investments. Most recently, as a senior technology investment banker based in Hong Kong, he led strategic advisory and financing transactions for Asia Pacific clients across various technology sectors — including internet, e-commerce, FinTech, social commerce and software.
Over the course of his investment banking career in both New York and Hong Kong, Leung has successfully advised on and closed more than 70 transactions worth more than $90 billion of M&A value, and raised over $60 billion of capital. He has advised a diverse set of clients globally, ranging from small- to large-cap companies in both developed and emerging markets.

Ralph L. Leung Bio
Ralph L. Leung previously served as senior executive director at Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking Group in Hong Kong, where he led strategic advisory and financing transactions for clients across broad technology sectors, including internet, e-commerce, FinTech, social commerce and software. His experience at Morgan Stanley in both New York and Hong Kong extends across technology investment banking, financial institutions investment banking, corporate M&A, and principal investments. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Leung worked in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup's New York office and prior to that, Ralph was a strategy consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Vancouver and Toronto.
Leung holds a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
