LaValley. LaValley has represented clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and other related tort claims.

During law school, she served as the Executive Managing Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal. She is also a registered patent attorney.
