Charlene, who has more than 16 years of experience with LHH as a trusted human capital advisor and strategist, is passionate about developing and applying innovative human capital solutions that are specifically tailored to her client's long-term needs.
Prior to joining LHH, Charlene served as an executive recruiter at both client and candidate levels. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University, where she also worked as the Director of Administrative Services. Charlene earned her certification in Coaching from the Hudson Institute and her BS degree in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Charlene is active within the HR community through her involvement with the San Diego HR Forum and SHRM. She has served on various boards and committees for non-profits including the San Diego Crew Classic and the Junior League.
