Lee Czarapata of Runzheimer International® Receives Fellow Designation from The Institute Of Management Consultants

WATERFORD, Wis., Oct. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Runzheimer International®, the leader in Total Employee Mobility® solutions, announces that Lee Czarapata, CMC®, Runzheimer's Senior Consultant and Implementation Manager, was recognized as a Fellow (FIMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA) at their annual conference, GROW!, held last week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

IMC USA is the only organization of management consultants in the U.S. that awards an internationally-accredited certification, Certified Management Consultant® (CMC®). The CMC recognizes technical and consulting competency and adherence to standards of ethics and professional conduct.

The Fellow designation (FIMC) is the highest honor granted by the IMC; fewer than 60 members of IMC USA have earned this recognition in the organization's 45-year history. The FIMC award recognizes a recipient's sustained contributions and exceptional service to IMC and their accomplishments in their consulting career.

Mr. Czarapata has 32 years of consulting experience with Runzheimer clients and The Internal Revenue Service. He served as Vice President and President of the Wisconsin Chapter of IMC USA and four terms over three decades as a Director on the IMC's National Board. In addition, he actively volunteers with the Make-a Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
