LeClairRyan Expands into Delaware with Wilmington Office

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- To further support its client-driven business strategy, the law firm of LeClairRyan has expanded into Delaware, opening a Wilmington office under the leadership of partner Andrew Cole.  With the new location in Wilmington, LeClairRyan now has offices in 14 states and the District of Columbia. The firm has approximately 380 attorneys nationwide.

Cole practices primarily in the areas of business bankruptcy, corporate and commercial litigation, corporate governance, and business transactions. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, he practiced in the Baltimore and Wilmington offices of Franklin & Prokopik.
