Privacy, Data and Cyber Security Practice Significantly Enhanced
ATLANTA, Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- To further support its client-driven business strategy, the law firm of LeClairRyan has announced its expansion into Atlanta today, under the leadership of former Troutman Sanders partners John P. Hutchins and Christopher A. Wiech. As the office leader, Hutchins will oversee the ongoing operations and growth of the firm's Atlanta office.

Hutchins focuses his practice on commercial litigation and various types of transactions involving information technology, intellectual property, as well as privacy and data security. He has particular experience in matters involving computer hardware and software development projects, government procurement, protection of trade secrets and proprietary business information, trademark and copyright infringement, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also counsels clients on complex technology transactions and regularly advises clients on corporate policy matters and regulatory compliance issues involving the internet, e-commerce, cloud computing, privacy, data, and cyber security.

While LeClairRyan evaluates its options regarding permanent office space, the Atlanta team will operate out of short-term, leased space.
