CAPE TOWN, South Africa, July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Leatt Corporation (OTCQB: LEAT), a global developer, marketer and distributor of personal protective equipment for all forms of sports, including extreme motor sports, and whose products include the flagship Leatt-Brace®, a neck brace system designed to help prevent potentially devastating injuries to the cervical spine (neck) for helmeted sports, announced today that Management shall host the 2013 Annual Meeting of its Stockholders at the Law Offices of PW Richter, plc, 7505 Digby Green, Alexandria, Virginia 22315, U.S.A. on July 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. EDT, as well as via conference call and audio webcast.
