LearningExpress Works With Public Libraries to Help People Get Jobs
NEW YORK, March 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LearningExpress, LLC is hosting and sponsoring "One Simple Goal: Help People Get Jobs!" at the Public Library Association conference in Philadelphia from March 13-17. More and more job seekers are flocking to libraries for help in their hunt for employment. The presentation takes place on Friday, March 16th from 4:15-5:15 in room 120 A-B-C in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Steve Hipes, Columbus Metropolitan Library Team Leader, will present easy to implement strategies that libraries and librarians can use to help members of their community get back to work. He'll review strategies the Columbus Metropolitan Library has put in place to help regional job seekers including 21 centers offering job search help to job seekers.
