Learning Care Group, Inc. Raises Over $600,000 for Make-A-Wish Foundation®

NOVI, Mich., March 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Learning Care Group, Inc., the second largest early education and child care provider in North America, is pleased to announce that its family of schools has raised more than $600,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This amount will help grant the wishes of more than 80 children with life-threatening medical conditions. Last year, the Foundation granted 13,580 wishes, the highest annual total in its history.

Schools in the Learning Care Group brand portfolio – including Childtime Learning Centers, Tutor Time Child Care / Learning Centers, La Petite Academy and Montessori Unlimited – held Fall Festival events in November to raise money for the cause. Each festival was unique and designed to engage the children and families at each school location.
