Lear is Cooperating Fully with Investigation of Anticompetitive Practices by the European Commission

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA), a leading global supplier of automotive Seating and Electrical Power Management systems, today reported that the Company has been notified by the European Commission that it is part of an investigation into anticompetitive practices among automotive electrical and electronic component suppliers. The Commission has publicly stated that the investigation does not mean that the companies involved are guilty of anticompetitive behavior.
