Leading Transactional Real Estate Lawyer Fiona Kelly Joins Fried Frank

NEW YORK, Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Fiona Kelly has joined the Firm's preeminent real estate practice as a corporate partner in the New York office. Ms. Kelly brings extensive experience in negotiating complex cross-border real estate transactions and will further expand Fried Frank's offerings across its global real estate network.

Ms. Kelly advises multinational financial institutions, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, developers and investors on joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of interests in private and public companies, development projects, and restructurings. She regularly handles sophisticated transactions in and across the world's major real estate markets, particularly in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East.

She received her LLB, with honors, from the University of Toronto in 1990, and her BA from the University of British Columbia in 1987.
