Leading provider of clean energy financing solutions reaches significant corporate milestones

NEW YORK, Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC), a leading provider of clean energy and energy efficiency financing solutions, has launched its new corporate branding and redesigned website today.

NYCEEC has developed $75 million in energy efficiency and clean energy financings, helping to make dozens of buildings and thousands of multifamily housing units across New York City cleaner, greener and more affordable.  NYCEEC has also established strategic partnerships with Fannie Mae and the New York City Housing Development Corporation to unlock clean energy loan capital.

The organization recently reached an important milestone: it successfully invested a $37.5 million grant from the US Department of Energy.  In achieving this goal under tight timeframes within three years, NYCEEC has built a diverse portfolio, ranging from a $55,000 energy efficiency loan to a 5-unit rental brownstone in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn to a $6 million construction loan for cogeneration at a major hotel in Times Square.
