Mr. Schlesinger represents corporate policyholders in coverage litigation, arbitration, and mediations with their insurance carriers and also advises clients on issues arising in the claims presentation and placement processes. He has successfully handled coverage disputes arising out of fidelity bonds, mortgage insurance, and for directors and officers, errors and omissions, cyber, environmental, asbestos, intellectual property, and a range of other liabilities, as well as first-party property damage and business interruption insurance losses. He also routinely consults on policy renewals.
