DENVER, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The longest standing small scale distiller manufacturer in the country has officially made their headquarters at Lakemont III in Wheatridge, CO. Lakemont III is a new 53,000 square foot industrial building at the Lakemont Business Center located just off I-70 at 49th & Ward.
Kermit's Products purchased 2,650 SF of space on the Southeast corner of the Lakemont building. "Lakemont III offered us a new building with state-of-the-art features from the brick facade and energy efficient windows to the 12x14 oversized doors and 20 foot ceilings all packaged in this desirable location for our business operations," said Mike Warn, President of Kermit's Products.
The transaction closed within five days of a mutually executed contract that is attributed to the fiscal strength of the buyer and credited to the experience and processing capabilities of the owner. "This deal was a good fit for both sides," said Central Development's Brad Cushard. "KP has found a quality business park, with a professional image, and the right location they were searching for and Central Development adds another solid tenant to this list of good companies in the Lakemont business area."
