Alexander Johnson advises private equity firms and multinational corporations on complex M&A transactions.

Johnson has extensive experience advising private equity firms and multinational corporations on US and cross-border transactions, as well as on a variety of other corporate matters, including joint ventures, strategic investments, spin-offs, financings, and recapitalizations.
