Leading Corporate Attorney Graham White Joins Fried Frank As Head Of European Private Equity Practice
Seasoned M&A And Private Equity Lawyer Will Also Head The Firm's London Office
NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Graham White has joined the Firm as a partner in the Corporate Department, head of the Firm's Private Equity Practice in Europe and managing partner of the Firm's London office. Mr. White advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, and he counsels private equity firms on all forms of management buyouts, management buy-ins, leveraged buyouts and public-to-private transactions.
The development follows Fried Frank's recent hire of Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense and Securities Enforcement partner Stephen M. Juris in New York.

Before joining Fried Frank, Mr. White was a senior partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis; in addition to handling significant corporate and private equity matters, he was responsible for European operations and served as a member of their 15-person management committee. Before that, Mr. White helped grow the Linklaters' private equity practice.
Mr. White received a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow in 1984 and an LLB from the same institution in 1983. He was admitted as a solicitor by the law Society of Scotland in 1985.
