Leading Christian School Curriculum Provider Seeks Innovative Educators for Inaugural Awards Contest

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Alpha Omega Publications (AOP), a leading curriculum publisher, has announced the launch of its first-ever Christian School Teacher of the Year Awards. The awards program calls for the nomination of any Christian school educator using AOP programs, including Ignitia, LIFEPAC or Horizons, in unique and beneficial ways to inspire students to find their path, glorify God and reach their greatest potential.

Five finalists will be chosen by a Christian School Teacher of the Year Awards committee and will be announced on April 23, 2019. The first-place prize winner will receive a $150 Visa gift card, a $250 scholarship for the winner's school and an AOP gift pack. The four runners up will also receive an AOP gift pack, featuring AOP merchandise and apparel.

Teachers can self-nominate or be nominated by a colleague, and nominations will be accepted from February 12 to March 29, 2019. The nomination packet can be downloaded at www.aop.com/teacher-of-the-year to begin the application process.
