PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LBC Credit Partners ("LBC"), a leading provider of financing solutions to middle market companies, provided a $62.0 million senior secured credit facility to support the recapitalization of Gamo Outdoor S.L. ("Gamo") and Daisy Manufacturing Company ("Daisy"). Gamo and Daisy are portfolio companies of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. ("BRS").

LBC served as Agent for the senior secured credit facility.
