Lazydays Holdings, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Shorewood RV Center

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM: LAZY) ("Lazydays RV" or "Lazydays") has completed its acquisition of Shorewood RV Center in Anoka, Minnesota. The purchase agreement was announced in May 2018, and the deal closed on Tuesday, August 7.

Located northwest of Minneapolis, the Shorewood RV Center acquisition marks Lazydays' expansion into the Midwest region. With this latest addition, the company now operates six dealerships in four states: Florida, Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota.
