Lawyer Robert J. Mongeluzzi To Provide Update On Investigation Into Snoop Dogg Concert Railing Collapse
Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, PC represents 15 injured in Aug. 5th incident at Camden's Live Nation Entertainment BB&T Pavilion
PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Robert J. Mongeluzzi, Esq., of Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, P.C., and members of his team will hold a news conference tomorrow to discuss results of the firm's investigation into the August 5, 2016 BB&T Pavilion (Camden, NJ) railing collapse that caused scores of injuries at Live Nation Entertainment's Snoop Dogg High Road Tour concert. His firm represents 15 of the victims.
When: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016
Where: SMBB - 52nd Floor, One Liberty, 1650 Market St., Phila., PA
Mr. Mongeluzzi, following the collapse, urged Live Nation, operator of the BB&T Pavilion and venues worldwide, to delay its concert schedule until authorities completed their investigation. At the time he noted that the tragedy appeared similar to a bleacher railing collapse that occurred in 1998 at Philadelphia's Veteran's Stadium (long demolished) during the Army-Navy Game. His client, a cadet who almost died in that disaster, settled his personal injury-negligence lawsuit in the case for $1.05 million. Mr. Mongeluzzi has also represented clients resulting from the fatal Pier 34 collapse, fatal Tropicana collapse, and the fatal Salvation Army thrift store collapse.
