Laurie Rosenfield Named Chief People Officer, CBS Corporation
NEW YORK, Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Laurie Rosenfield has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief People Officer, CBS Corporation, it was announced today by Joe Ianniello, President and Acting CEO, CBS Corporation, to whom she will report. She will be based in New York.

In this role, Rosenfield will focus on people and culture and be responsible for managing certain human resources functions for the Company, including oversight of learning and development; executive search; talent acquisition; as well as the day-to-day human resources "generalist" responsibilities with each of CBS' business units.

Rosenfield joined CBS in May 2018 as Senior Vice President, People Development, Human Resources, CBS Corporation. In that position, she focused on senior executive development, using her blend of skills as a certified executive coach, talent evaluator and communicator.
Prior to joining CBS, Rosenfield was a specialist in executive search and talent development since 2002, most recently serving as Managing Director, Executive Search at MediaLink from 2014 to 2018, where she worked closely with clients experiencing disruption at the intersection of media, marketing, entertainment, advertising and technology.
Previously, she was Global Director, Executive Search at Wolters Kluwer, a global information and technology services firm, and before that, she served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Bishop Partners Executive Search, and as Director, Technology, Media & Telecom Practice at CTPartners. Rosenfield worked for CBS earlier in her career in Network Sales and Affiliate Relations. She began her career in programming and development roles in the motion picture divisions for both United Artists Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox. Rosenfield is an alumna of Dartmouth College.
