Latino Hotel Association Adds Resource Library Section to Web Site
Free and Premium Content Now Available
HOUSTON, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Latino Hotel Association (LHA), a newly formed global organization dedicated to expanding Latino ownership, leadership and commerce in the hotel industry, today announced that it had updated the organization's Web site to include a library of its premium content. Changes include a new interactive format and page drop-down menus.
"Latino professionals comprise one of the fastest growing segments at the managerial level in the hospitality industry," said Angela Gonzales-Rowe, president and founder of LHA. "As our membership increases, we must continue to address the issues most important to our current and future associates. The new layout of the Web site will allow members to access information in a stream-lined manner that was not possible a short time ago.
"We have received a recent outpouring of requests from our members for back dated material regarding franchise agreements, business trends, events and awards," noted Gonzalez-Rowe. "We worked closely with top Web designers to create a user-friendly interface that can be easily navigated by all levels of computer users. We hope that by consolidating the information in one place, our associates will be better able to access the information they require."
Web Site Highlights
- Free Resource Library — Provides both educational and business resources to enhance the professional development of Latinos within the lodging industry.
- Members Only Resource Library — Supplies information, including white papers, Excel spreadsheets, checklists, etc., to support hotel owners, operators and developers. Members can access legal, financial and operational resources regarding the successful execution of new hotel developments or acquisitions.
- Member-to-Member Resources — Allows members to share information with fellow LHA associates. Members who submit information will be able to post a link to their company's Web site, with the objective being to encourage membership participation and networking.
