Analyst Update: Earnings Update, New Board Members, Acquisition, and New Offerings

U.S. stocks fell on Wednesday as disappointing US economic data weighed on investor sentiment. The NASDAQ Composite slipped 0.63% to 5,023.64, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.41%, to close at 18,035.53, and the S&P 500 ended the session at 2,106.85, down 0.37%. European stocks stumbled on Wednesday caused by a sharp surge in the value of the euro against US dollar. Germany's DAX 30 witnessed the biggest point decline since October 2008, down 378.94 points, or 3.21%. Also, France's CAC 40, and London's FTSE 100 dropped 2.6% and 1.2%, respectively on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Asian markets mostly closed lower on Wednesday. Australia's S&P ASX and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index both slipped on Wednesday, while the Shanghai Composite Index saw modest gains. The Nikkei was closed on Wednesday due to the annual Showa Day holiday.
On March 27, 2015, Natuzzi spA announced its Q4 FY14 results, which, in the Company's opinion, confirms the improving trend in the Company's main indicators. Total net sales during the quarter were €138.6 million, up 12.6% from Q4 FY13. Industrial Margin during the quarter was €40 million, up €38.2 million in the prior year quarter.
On March 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece announced the election of Ms. Louka Katseli and Mr. Leonidas Frangiadakis to the Board, in replacement of George Zanias and Alexandros Tourkolias, post their resignation.
On February 24, 2015, Home Properties Inc. announced that it purchased Longbrook Apartments in Matawan, New Jersey and renamed it Sutton Pointe Apartments. The 241-unit community was purchased for $31 million in cash or about $128,600 per apartment unit.
Cetera Financial Group announced the rollout of its centralized, network-wide wealth management educational platform. Cetera also inaugurated the new Wealth Management University, which encompasses a broad spectrum of learning events, programs, tools and resources.
On March 2, 2015, CNinsure Inc announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. Total net revenues for FY14 stood at RMB2.2 billion, representing an increase of 22.4% from FY13.
