Latest Adam & Eve Sex Survey Asks "How Often Are YOU 'Doing It?'"

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., May 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- America's most trusted source for adult products, Adam & Eve (http://adamandeve .com/news), is pleased to reveal the results from its "Great American Sex Survey" on how often American adults are having sex, and the findings may surprise you.

This month's results reveal that the highest number of respondents (26%) admitted they have sex once or twice a week. But shockingly, the next highest number (18%) said they are not sexually active at this time.

Of the remaining numbers polled, 16% said they had sex three to four times a week, 15% admitted to having sex once or twice a month, 7% said they had sex every few months, and 5% said they were still virgins. Three percent said they had sex daily, while 3% also said they had sex only once or twice a year and 1% said they enjoyed sex more than once a day.

Resident Sexpert Dr. Kat states, "Even though some respondents stated they are either virgins or not having sex at this time, it doesn't mean they don't have a sexual outlet. Masturbation can be an important component of sexual health. Everyone deserves a healthy and active sex life and that doesn't always require a partner."
