WEST CHESTER, Pa., June 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lasko Holdings (Lasko), parent of Lasko Products and Air King America, named Terry Carlson CEO, effective June 5th. He succeeds Jerry W. Levin, interim CEO since the November acquisition of the company by Comvest Partners and JW Levin Management Partners. Mr. Levin will remain chairman of the board of directors. "Terry fully recognizes the importance of our domestic manufacturing facilities in providing service to our retailers," said Levin. "I am confident he is the right leader for our team and business."

Mr. Carlson has a long history of accomplishment in the consumer durables market, attending housewares and hardware shows since 1984. He has been with market leading companies his entire career, including Black & Decker/DeWalt, Emerson/Bosch, Raymarine, Jarden and most recently Universal Trailer. Mr. Carlson started his career in sales before going into product management and marketing roles, and then on to general management. He has a wide breadth of functional experiences including new product development, global expansion, systems implementation, brand building and operations improvements, and a performance history of sales growth and market share gains.
