Las Vegas' Mountain's Edge and Providence remain among country's fastest-selling master planned communities

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Two Southern Nevada master planned communities by Las Vegas-based Focus Property Group continue to be desired places for buyers to call home. Mountain's Edge and Providence are still among the country's top 10 fastest-selling master plans, according to 2013 net sales surveys by leading real estate industry research and consulting firms, John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC, and RCLCO.

Mountain's Edge in Las Vegas was named the fourth fastest-selling master planned community in the country by leading real estate industry research and consulting firms, John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC, and RCLCO. Developed by Las Vegas-based Focus Property Group, the 3,500-acre community has been a consistent national and local top seller. Its sister property, Providence, a 1,200-acre master plan, is the country's seventh fastest seller. Mountain's Edge, a 3,500-acre master planned community in southwest Las Vegas, was the country's fourth fastest-selling master plan last year with 841 net sales. Providence, a 1,200-acre master plan in northwest Las Vegas, was the seventh with 726 net sales.
