Lanny Davis and David Rivkin Discuss Joint Amicus Brief on Pending Supreme Court Case
WASHINGTON, Dec. 21, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Tuesday, December 21, Lanny Davis, legal expert and former special counsel to President Bill Clinton, and David Rivkin, attorney and constitutional law scholar who served in the administrations of both Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
