WARM SPRINGS, Va., June 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bonner Farm, a pastoral 317-acre Bath County escape fronting on both Little Back Creek and the George Washington National Forest, will sell at auction Saturday, July 19, with Woltz & Associates marketing the property and managing the event.

The land, located on both sides of Route 39, will sell in four tracts, ranging from 11 acres to 167 acres, subject to a minimum of $399,000.
