Lambert, Edwards & Associates Names Rob Dwortz as President

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lambert, Edwards & Associates (LE&A), Michigan's top-ranked public relations agency and a top-15 investor relations firm nationally, today announced it has named Rob Dwortz as president and a shareholder in the firm. Dwortz brings 25 years of executive management, capital markets, business ownership and consulting experience to the leadership of LE&A and will lead strategy, operations and culture at the firm.

In addition to these efforts, Dwortz will launch LE&A's business advisory and consulting practice, bringing his current consulting business into the firm. LE&A's consulting services will include strategic planning, operating tactics, leadership development, and transaction services. His specialty is in implementing "performance-based cultures" in order to transition businesses to become scalable and sustainable through generations. The performance-based culture strategy combines planning and operating discipline with accountability systems and incentives to empower and align decision-making within an organization.

Dwortz joins LE&A from his role as a capital raising and business advisory consultant working with middle market companies and regional leaders in manufacturing, distribution, and business and financial services. Dwortz previously served as CEO of The Bank of Holland, a community bank serving the greater West Michigan market. Under his leadership, the bank grew assets and income 40% and 25%, respectively, leading to a successful sale to Chemical Bank. Prior to this role, Dwortz founded and led Strength Property Partners, a private equity firm based in Birmingham, Mich. and also spent 15 years in various transaction and management roles at banks in Detroit and Chicago, where he raised capital and advised clients in diverse industries and markets.
