NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Ladders, Inc., a leading professional careers site, today announced integration with Greenhouse Software, designer of recruiting and onboarding software that allows recruiters to improve the efficiency of their recruiting process. The integration will allow human resource professionals who use Greenhouse's platform to seamlessly recruit on the Ladders' platform.

Greenhouse's applicant tracking system (ATS) helps recruiters customize and optimize their entire recruiting process, allowing them to find the strongest candidates, conduct more focused interviews, and make data-driven hiring decisions to build better companies. Recruiters that work with Ladders will now be able to send candidate profile information directly to their ATS, avoiding manual processes. In addition, jobs posted by recruiters to Greenhouse can simultaneously be posted to Ladders, avoiding additional steps.
