Latin GRAMMY En Vivo begins on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 10 a.m. PT with The Latin Recording Academy's Special Merit Awards Presentation honoring Oscar D'Leon, Juan Formell, Mario Kreutzberger aka "Don Francisco," Roberto Menescal, Toto La Momposina, Palito Ortega, Eddie Palmieri, Miguel Rios, and Pedro Ramirez Velazquez.
